Bridgegate complaint against Gov. Christie can proceed, judge rules

Is President Trump Considering Chris Christie for Drug Czar?

In fact, a New Jersey judge ruled on Thursday that a criminal complaint against Christie could move forward, saying that there's "probable cause to believe the governor knew this was more than just an ordinary and productive traffic study and the consequences were upsetting to the mayor of Fort Lee".

The governor is to appear March 10 in municipal court on a criminal summons.

"Christie, a Dallas Cowboys fan who in the past said Eagles fans were generally angry, bad people", this time said the, "Philles suck".

He recalled a different kind of reception when he joined Mr. Jones on the field at a Cowboys game against the New York Giants, who play their home games in New Jersey.

According to reports, Donald Trump recently had lunch with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, and is potentially considering him to become the nation's Drug Czar, which is the informal title given to the Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Christie would need to be indicted by a grand jury in order to go to trial.

"I have absolutely no intention, nor any understanding, that I will be asked to be in the administration in the years to come", Christie told CNN's Jake Tapper Sunday on "State of the Union". Two of Christie's aides were charged in the scandal.

Well, Christie reprised his role as perhaps the region's most notable Philly sports troll during an appearance on SportsNet New York on Thursday. "The judge is violating the law, pure and simple".

"This concocted claim was investigated for three months by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, which summarily dismissed it, after concluding that the very same evidence relied upon again by this judge was utter nonsense", spokesman Brian Murray said.

"There was zero, I repeat zero, conversation about that", said the aide.

Christie has consistently denied all wrongdoing in the case.
