Abby Lee Miller will serve a year and a day in a Victorville, California prison.

Former "Dance Moms" star and Penn Hills native Abby Lee Miller is scheduled to report to prison Wednesday to begin her sentence for a bankruptcy fraud conviction.

Abby Lee Miller's slipping into something comfortable, like a prison jumpsuit right about she begins her prison stretch.

Miller's final episodes will air this summer. She was quickly replaced by "Dancing With the Stars" alum Cheryl Burke.

The dance teacher and star of the Lifetime reality show will serve one year and one day for bankruptcy fraud and concealing money from overseas.

In the weeks before she reported to prison, Miller still fiercely maintained her innocence, telling Extra, "I'm just a nice Catholic girl from Pittsburgh".

The 50-year-old reality star will be served breakfast consisting of whole wheat bread with jelly, hot grits, fruit and a cup of skim milk, according to TMZ. In addition, she also was found guilty to not reporting worldwide monetary transactions.

In May, Miller received a sentence of one year and one day in federal prison, followed by two years of supervised release. I don't have a problem working with any kid, I love children and have dedicated my life to making other people's children successful!

"I just have a problem with being manipulated, disrespected and used - day in and day out by men who never took a dance lesson in their lives and treat women like dirt!"

Dance Moms premieres Tuesday, Aug. 1 at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
