South Park: The Fractured But Whole Now Has a Free Trial

South Park: The Fractured But Whole free trial starts today

After the release of 2014's The Stick of Truth, the highly-anticipated South Park: The Fractured But Whole brought players back into the mountain town of South Park for more foul-mouthed, edgy adventures, and now those that want to take a quick trip to the town can do so for free. The game now has a one-hour trial available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from Ubisoft, which is available now. Aside from being one of my personal favorite games of this year, it also holds a special place in my heart as one of the best Ubisoft games I have ever played. Created to allow interested players a chance to sample the fascinating and addicting world of South Park, the trial will feature no alterations to gameplay, with the exception of a one hour playtime restriction. Once you've finished your one-hour playtime, you'll then be presented with the option to purchase the game and move your saved progress across. The real challenge is figuring out first if the game is for you.

All in all, South Park: The Fractured But Whole is a fantastic game. If you liked South Park: The Stick of Truth, you should feel right at home with this one.

South Park: The Fractured but Whole is available now, but if you're not so sure its unique brand of humor is for you, you can now pick up a free trial to try it out for an hour.
