Google is gearing up to launch Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 Xl smartphones at its October 4 event in San Francisco.

The Home Mini could also take aim at Amazon's hugely popular Echo Dot which links and adds Alexa voice search to any Bluetooth speaker. Google Home Mini expected to be no different than its older sibling as far as basic functionalities are concerned. Now we can see both the front and the back side of the device.

With Google Assistant being a key feature of the Android smartphones, especially the upcoming Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL as well as the current Pixel series, it makes sense for Google to expand this.

We recently reported about a premium Google Home that could be launched to compete with Apple's HomePod.

In addition to the specs for the Pixelbook, the Synnex listing also has a reference to something called "Google Clips", which the system categorizes as a "computer accessory". But this one will reportedly cost an extra $99, same price as to the Apple Pencil.
